You will receive an email 24 hours after shipment begins with tracking information for your package.

If 5 days have gone by and you have yet to receive your shipping information, please reach out to support@jolmit.com or fill out the contact form on our website. A member of the support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

All items are inspected, packed, and shipped by members of our team from our warehouse in Michigan, USA.

Overview:


We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items in new condition with jolmit.com tags still attached and original packaging where necessary, within 30 days of their delivery date. Please note all returns will be refunded via store credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable.



We are always here to resolve irregular issues with items that may have been damaged in transit or arrived defective.

Jolmit.com currently ships orders from the United States to most countries worldwide. Your new product(s) should arrive within 3-5 days from the day the order is shipped, for US shipments, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your package's destination.

International shipments should arrive within 10-24 days from the date of dispatch. International orders may arrive sooner or later than the estimated time frame, depending on your country's customs department. International customers are responsible for any customs duties & import taxes if your local customs department requires them. Jolmit.com is happy to offer international/global shipping.

Free shipping is available for purchases of $50 or more in our shop. Your new item will take approximately 3-21 days from dispatch to arrival - depending on the destination (domestic or international) and the shipping method you choose. If you have not received your parcel after 3 weeks, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
International duties and import taxes: Please note that for international shipments, the customer will be responsible for paying any duties and import taxes that may be levied on the parcel by your country. Most customers will not be required to pay any charges.
If your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with any roommates or family members. If no one else in the house/apartment is receiving the parcel, check with the post office for any items in your name. jolmit.com is not responsible for any items after the carrier has confirmed successful delivery to the address you provided at checkout. However, we will always do everything in our power to ensure that you receive the items you have ordered.

If you're not happy with your item, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you! All refunds are processed through store credit!

All claims for returns or parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the date of arrival. Please include appropriate photos or videos showing the damaged goods in your email enquiry and we will ensure an appropriate resolution is provided.
